2. Speaker will visit each break-out rooms regularly during the
entire activity.
3. If y0u have any questions or need assistance, you can invite
the speaker in your break-out room.
4. Break-out rooms shall be closed once all groups finished their

sale and on the other side looks like posters
for movies.

3. Materials and tools without proper storage
4. Sign of Wearing the PPE not visible
5. Allowing unauthorized into a building (No
Policy)
6. Defective tools, equipment or supplies
7. Inadequate warning signals
8. messy workplace
9. Hazardous atmospheric condition
10.using equipment without a safety officer
certification confirmation
11.Safety Cones are not in place.
