The document discusses the feasibility of using atmospheric pressure as an energy converter and generator to help address problems with the cost and availability of electricity. It notes that electricity costs are rising which burdens lower and middle class families and students. The problem statement asks how this proposed technology could help students and families dealing with electric shortages by providing a clean, cost-effective source of energy. Factors that contribute to the problem include high electricity rates placing financial strain on consumers and short circuits occurring due to overuse of power.

Kristell Marey Campus Shaina Ibarra Liana Carubanga Noreine Dalit WHAT ARE THE PROBLEM AND ISSUES •The problem of not having enough cost-effective and clean electricity •The problem of electricity is very relevant especially our students who belong to the lower and middle class of our society with the ever rising electrical rates especially for our the Students that are enrolled in ISU-Ilagan Campus. WHAT IS CURRENTLY DONE TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM? Electrical providers buy electricity from other companies but at a higher rate which is not helpful for our poverty stricken country. As the law of supply and demand increase our students and their respective parents are also having an increase in their problems. WHO NEEDS HELP? Everybody especially the lower and middle class family students that are enrolled in ISU- Ilagan PROBLEM STATEMENT 1. How can we help the Students of ISU-I and their families with their electrical problems especially during times of electric shortages which causes severe inconvenience? 2. How can we make an innovation by using this study of the application of the possible use of the theory of atmospheric pressure as an energy source for us to help those who are deeply afflicted in times of electric shortages? PROBLEM ISSUE - at times when students from our campus had trouble in electric like short circuit because of to much WHAT FACTORS CONTRIBUTE TO THE PROBLEM -Reduce the burden of the cost caused by high electricity rates.
