The purpose of encoding is to protect digital data

In Morse code, dots and dashes are used to represent the letters of
the alphabet. This is known as the decryption key

Encoding translates data into a different form or code.

Data Collection
Data is collected ways:
1- Observation
Hadi observes that it feels slightly hotter today, than
yesterday.
The temperature yesterday was 31°.
He estimates that it is 33° today.
2- Questioning
Hadi asks Leila what the temperature is.
Leila tells him it will be 35° today.
3- Measurement
Hadi uses a temperature sensor to measure
the temperature.
The measurement of the temperature is 34°.
Computational tools
use computational tools to collect or process data.

A sensor is an input device that detects a change in the environment.

Computers can learn from data, identify patterns, and make
decisions with minimal guidance from humans.

these machines use complex algorithms

and make decisions, but they do not improve with experience.

Machine learning can be used to identify similar features when

we
draw them.

information that is from their
own point of view. It is not always accurate. This is known as
biased
information

Some examples of bias information include:

~ Opinions
~ Statement that are not real
~ Unfair statements that make something seem better or worse
A machine can get information or choose what to do by asking
questions.
