Abstract
In this proposal we are going to Work on Time Study and
Observation in Production line.As we all know the DP Wires
Private Limited industry.The industry use to manufacturing
Wires.and they are using tha supply chain management for theris
company to supply their product to the dealers.So we are Going to
work on Production line which the company uses.As for Better
Performance and for reducing the cost.
Introduction

D P Wires Ltd is a manufacturer and supplier of steel


wires, plastic pipes and plastic films. These products are
commonly used in industries like oil & gas, power
environment, civil, energy, automobile, infrastructure etc
Problem Statement

Supply chain is the most crucial part in any business


organizations. A hole in thesupply chain networks will
affect the whole chain in the supply network. The
causes of supply chain activities to failed are due to
the lack of understanding or knowledge on thenature
of demand
Objectives
 Improving EfficienCoordination.

 Logistics.rove the Optimising Transportation and Logistics.

 Enhancing Customer Satisfaction.

 Maintaining Better Coordination.


Methodology
 The first step in improving supply chasuppliersency is to increase your
visibility over logistics operations.

 Develop a good relationship with your suppliers:- Communication with your


suppliers is key! When you have a good relationship with your suppliers, you
can plan better and avoid any shortages, delays, or issues early on.

 Finding ways to automate supply chain processes is one of the best ways to
improve efficiency, reduce human error, increase supply chain performance
and velocity, and save time and money in the long run.
Future Scope
 Supply chain management, logistics, and procurement help
businesses stay competitive by helping track and coordinate the
cost-effective and efficient movement of goods and services,
which is key to the profitability of an organization. Based on the
importance of management of the flow of goods and services
between locations and businesses, growth of supply chain
management, logistics, and purchasing are on par with average
rates and above average. Therefore, demand professionals skilled
in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics roles
aren’t likely to dissipate anytime soon.
