What are your current priorities ? What about the challenges?

CASE: Powerful Employer Branding Goal hasn’t reach its full potential in the last quarter. The goal is
easily linked with one of the metrics we’ve presented – Sourcing channel effectiveness.

Sourcing channel effectiveness metric shows that the number of quality candidates provided by the
recruiting channels decreased. Specifically, the rate decreased with 10%.
