Marking Scheme Level 2 Intake 2106 Internship reports Process to submit Part 1 & Part 2 reports
• Your mentee will upload the reports to Moodle as shown
below – search for your own Internship (042022) course. – Moodle Course: APU Undergraduate Internship (042022-S- MentorCode) – will be created on 3rd July 2022. – Check with Mr. Mustafa from CTI if you are not able to find the course. Process to submit Part 1 & Part 2 reports
• Late submission with EC is allowed.
– Student must apply EC then forward the reply rom ECC system to you and Cc Ms. Mridula (mridula@staffemail.apu.edu.my). • Don’t need to wait or the EC to be approved
– Grant extension for your mentee to upload the report to Moodle.
Internship Part 1 Report Assessment and Grading IT001-4-2 Internship or Industrial Training • A report consist of 1. Cover 2. 8 weekly log books – Week 1 to Week 8 3. Cover Letter and CV 4. Project Log Sheet and Email Communication Internship Part 1 Report Assessment and Grading Part 1 MS 1. Knowledge and skills (30%) 2. Learning experience (20%) 3. Demonstrate the personal skills (20%) All the 70% mentioned above will be assessed based on the submitted Week 1 to Week 8 weekly log books mentioned in previous slide. Internship Part 1 Report Assessment and Grading 4. Communication (30%) – CV (10%) & Cover letter (10%) • Will be assessed based on the submitted CV and Cover letter mentioned in Slide number 4. – Project Log Sheet & Email Communication (10%) • Will be assessed based on – the submitted Project Log Sheet mentioned in Slide number 4 – email sent by mentee by the end of first week of the internship Internship Part 1 Report Assessment and Grading • Mark the report by completing the online marking rubric.
