WHAT IS ICT?
– ICT stand for Information, Communication, and
Technology. ICT as a diverse set of technological
equipment and resources used to communicate and
create, disseminate, store and manage information
about something (Tinio:2002, p.4). In other words,
Galbraith cited in Molenda (2008: p.11) stated that
technology as the systematic program or application of
scientific or other that organizing knowledge to practical
tasks.

– ICT tools are separated into two parts, which are non-web-
based and web-based learning tools (Alkanel &
Chouthaiwale, 2018).
– Non-web-based learning is a type of ICT that can be accessed
without an Internet connection by teachers and students.
– Web-based learning is a type of ICT that can be accessed by
teachers and students through internet connections.
