• A beach mansion that is near Nha Trang Center.
• Located in Nha Trang city.
• This is also an ideal beach destination for tourists and
locals.
• Nha Trang's climate is relatively mild, the average
annual temperature is 26.3oC.

 Materials
• Building a quality mansion requires equally high-quality
materials. We need bricks, cement, sand, stone, iron and steel,
roof tiles. In addition, there is anti-glare glass for the windows
on the sunny side.
• For the floor, instead of choosing a small size tile, we choose a
large format tile to create an open space for the house to
become larger.

 Outside color
• When it comes to designing your dream home, you can't help but mention its outside colors. There
are many options for designing the exterior wall of your house. The ocean and blue sky are here,
the whole house stands out when covered with pure white color.
• White and shades of white are the most common colors of a home.
• White is suitable for the outside house in any way, the size of a house, which is why it is used quite
widely.

• For areas of the house, we choose warm tones to create a
feeling of comfort and warmth.
• Entering the house, the living room with the main color
tone is beige. It is a neutral color for interior designers.

kitchen with the representative material being wood.
