Franchise Concept Presentation

About Sarap Ala Eh!

Sarap Ala Eh! brings every Juan the real “sarap” from Batangas through
their distinct take on bona fide Batangueño Snacks – Batangas Bulalo, Goto,
the ever-famous Batangas Lomi and more. It infused not only the distinct
Batangueño taste to its menu offering, but also the comic side of every
Batangueño through its funny store design, ambience and marketing
collaterals. Sarap Ala Eh! was born at the busy municipality of San Pascual
Batangas, making it a genuine Batangueño brand.

Mr. Rey Lopez is a proud Bauangueno. He is an Engineer by profession,

which drove him to set up businesses in the Construction industry, which
proved to be successful since it started in year 2002. But since being a food
love is a genuine Batangueño trait, this quality drove him to venture into the
food business.
