DEFINITION OF ANALYSIS
Analysis is one way to found solution of the problem. Analysis is the
study of planned complex series of procedures to decide the quickest,
most efficient order for carrying out those procedures. Analysis is collect
information that can be used to develop a profile of the language needs
of a group of learners in order to be able to make decision about the

sentence is a coherent word combination, expressing a complete

(period).
DEFINITION TREE DIAGRAM
In linguistics, tree diagrams are a well-known and commonly accepted
representation of the constituent analysis of sentences. These tree diagrams
are also known as „syntax trees‟ in the context of generative grammar. As
stated above, tree diagram shows among other things that the phrase divides
into two branches, one of the verb and the other noun.
WHEN USE TREE DIAGRAM
• When an issue is known or being addressed in broad generalities and you must move to specific
details, such as when developing logical steps to achieve an objective
• When developing actions to carry out a solution or other plan
• When analyzing processes in detail
• When probing for the root cause of a problem
• When evaluating implementation issues for several potential solutions
• After an affinity diagram or interrelationship diagram has uncovered key issues
• As a communication tool, to explain details to others
TREE DIAGRAM EXAMPLE
TREE DIAGRAM PROCEDURE
• a. Develop a statement of the goal, project, plan, problem, or whatever is being studied. Write it
at the top (for a vertical tree) or far left (for a horizontal tree) of your work surface.
• b.Ask a question that will lead you to the next level of detail.
• c. Brainstorm all possible answers.
• d. Do a "necessary-and-sufficient" check.
• e. Each of the new idea statements now becomes the subject: a goal, objective, or problem
statement.
• f. Continue to turn each new idea into a subject statement and ask the question.
• g. Do a "necessary-and-sufficient" check of the entire diagram.
CONCLUSION
As for the conclusion that can be drawn that a Tree Diagram or Tree Diagram is a tool used to divide
large categories into smaller or detailed levels. As the name suggests, the Tree Diagram is shaped like
a tree that has one branch that branches into two or more. Likewise with a problem that we want to
discuss using a Tree Diagram, which consists of one large Category or Item which is then divided into
two or more branches that are more detailed. This can help us simplify a complex problem or make it
easier for us to get an overview of a problem we are facing.
