C2B – Consumer to business

• Consumer-to-business is a business model in which


consumers create value and businesses consume that value.
• Another form of C2B is the electronic commerce business
model in which consumers can offer products and services
to companies.
C2C – Consumer to consumer

Not all C2C businesses intend to sells goods to


their members, but rather assist in exchange
between customers.
