Tell me more about yourself?

ME: I am Renier Ariente, 22 years old born in November 28, 1999. graduated this year 2020 june 28 in university of Calooc
I wanted to use my knowledge and help other people.

Why do you want to work in a call center?


ME: I’m exited to work in a fast-paced environment that will challenge me to use all my skills to solve problem and
Improve the customer experience.
What your salary expectation
As a Fresher I am fully aware that I am yet to be trained to learn and grow. So becoming part of this company is
already a big blessing for me. As per my salary, as long as it is within minimum wage, I’ll accept it. But of course it will
be better if I get better offer than that.
Why should we hire you?
ME: This is a wonderful opportunity for me to get interviewed at such a great company. I have all the qualities that
Call center agent should possess. Even though I’m a fresher, I’m a fast learner, disciplined, punctual and flexible.
You won’t have any problem with me when it come to my attendance and attitude. And I will do my best to contribute
to this company. That’s all.
What is call center or BPO to you?
ME: My idea of call center is that it is a place where people take calls from customers and deliver customer service
Experience. By using communication skills, I will assist them in completing tasks that they may not know how
To do. That’s all.
What can you contribute to the company?
I can contribute a good performance towards work. I also have a good attitude that is crucial to this work because
it makes customers feel heard and supported, and it gives them a positive impression to this company.
How do you handle stress and pressure?
Back when I was still studying in college, I used to face lots of deadlines in submitting projects plus exam and others
That cause lots of pressure and stress but I always handle it the best I can and that is by doing it a head of time.
I believed preparation is the main key in handling pressure and stress.
Describe a difficult work situation or project and how you overcome it.
My mom is a bananaque vendor I have experience pressure because I do the cooking and at the same time dealing
with customer a lot of time. During those time I still manage by staying focus on what needs to be done first.
Why do you see BPO as your career?
I see myself working in a BPO industry and building my career in this field because I can see high potential of growth
In here.
What are your goal from the future
My goal is to have a stable with this company. After working for couple of years for this company, I would like to see my
self taking more responsibility like maybe become TL.
Do you think you will do well in this job why?
I believe I will be able to do well in this job as I am equipped with the necessary skill to be a good call center agent.
Those skills include my patient and ability to deal with pressure.
What is efficiency to you?
The ability to produce something with a minimum amount of effort.
