Q.1 Do you think that the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act unfairly
discriminates against offshore gaming companies?

• Yes, there is discrimination against offshore gaming companies by unlawful


internet gambling enforcement act.

• Drop of over 60% trade stocks of gaming companies.

• There is no guarantee of player safety.

• Unfair discrimination to countries that want to provide the commodity to people to


gamble from their house.
Q.2 How likely is it that legislative efforts to prevent people who want to
gamble from gambling will be successful?

• People will still find a way to gamble despite the change in amount of
disposable income.

• No longer people have to rely upon state sanctioned gaming.

• Government find it difficult to monitor geo-fencing measures.

• India mainly puts the gambling games into two broad categories –

At a time when the U.S. government is desperate to generate revenues, would it make sense for
policymakers to license, regulate, and tax Internet gambling? Do the results of the 2008
election and the current economic crisis create the conditions for tapping this new revenue
