 WHY LEGO ?
● Legos are highly appealing to children with
autism. They offer opportunities to help
children develop problem solving skills, and
provide visual stimulation.
● Oftentimes children with autism think in
pictures rather than words, so Legos offer
them a creative outlet for grounding.
● Playing with Legos is a beneficial activity
for their physical, cognitive and social-
emotional development.
● It will reduce social anxiety for children
with autism as the bricks fit into are
unlimited and end results are infinite.
How ?
● We will be including the detailed requirements of experienced trainers for motor skills of
students of determination to identify unique designs and develop a series of toys and tools that
can help students of determination to enhance their skills in a systematic way and provide a
comprehensive case study. Once the designs are identified we will manufacture these on our
machines and deliver it to the Autism centers.
● We will be making these tools/toys using recycled plastic materials which will provide us with
the opportunity to enhance awareness about recycling, the environment and sustainability.
● In this collaborative project we shall be addressing SDG 3, 4, 9, 10, 12 and 17.
