Dadabhai Group

• The Dadabhai Group was established in the Kingdom of


Bahrain in the early 1950’s. Starting off as a modest
trading house in the earlier days, the group is now Mohammed Dadabhai
engaged in multiple businesses comprising construction, Chairman
real estate, hospitality (hotels, serviced apartments,
resorts and spa), travel and tourism, manufacturing,
communication and advertising.

RECOMMENDATION
The PEST analysis conducted earlier gives an incentive for investors to invest in Dadabhai group. Taken as a
whole the pest analysis showed us points very favorable to the business, with the political viewpoint stating
otherwise. Taken into consideration that all the divisions under Dadahabi group contribute to a large chunk of
the GDP And all have experienced growth in it, increase in demand and sales is inevitable and that’s further
proven by the fact that more and more people are employed now and consumer spending is on the rise year by
year. Social media is a powerful asset with an 84% penetration, advertising to and reaching a wider audience of
potential buyers translates to positive revenue stream for the company and investors. As for the SWOT analysis
