INTRODUCTION
• My mission is to provide a friendly, comfortable, atmosphere and also
give people space to socialize.
• My cafe will offer a variety of choices to the customers . Regular cakes,
special cakes, Pastries, Ice Creams, Confectionery.
• The location of my business will be in the new kalimati Road, Sakchi ,
Jamshedpur near DC Lounge salon. Time: Bakery House will be open
from 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
SWOT ANALYSIS
• STRENGHT: Team work, Reasonable prices, wide variety of Cakes and
Ice-creams, a lot of home- made treats.
• WEAKNESS: strong existing competitors, cost disadvantage, no
company app.
• OPPORTUNITIES: develop a customer relationship culture, build our
brand awareness, demand for home delivery services.
• THREATS: competitors targeting our key customers/ segments , price
sensitive markets.
MARKET ANALYSIS
• Target markets: My target market will be to anyone who enjoys , but I
will mainly target people age 18 and older, both male and female.
• Competition: my major competition would be the chocolate room which
is located in bistupur, Jamshedpur as it has varieties of specialities like
hazelnut delight coffee & kit kat shake etc. and is very well known to
people may also be brand loyal to their coffee.
MARKET ANALYSIS
Target markets: My target market will be to
anyone who enjoys cakes, Pastries, Ice Creams,
but I will mainly target people age 18 and older,
both male and female.
Competition: my major competition would be
the BruBeck which is located in bistupur,
Jamshedpur as it has varieties of specialities
cakes, Pastries etc. and is very well known to
people may also be brand loyal.

partners and we take all the
decisions together. Each of us
will invests 5 lakh and our total
investment will be 10 lakh.

The government of india has stepped in to regulates Bakery shops, as they
fall within the defination of commercial entreprises and food business.
