Corporate discourse is the overall communication activity
of the company on a variety of levels. Business owners have racist practices in dealing with workers. Corporate managers also generally tend to deny or mitigate such discrimination blame the victim. Social inequality is often rooted in economic inequality and the same is true for the position of minority. Ethnic and racial discrimination in both the work force and the corporate domain is still widespread. Business corporations play a central role in studies of elites. Elite discourse The elite is a small group of people who control huge financial resources and great influential political power. In general, the elite means a group of people who are more powerful than others. Elite discourse examines how language and communication define, mediate and legitimize class privilege. Racism is a social system of domination of a specific kind of power of one group over other groups, in the case of Europeans(whites) over non-European peoples. Racist discourse is a form of discriminatory social practice that manifests itself in texts, talk and communication. Critical Discourse Analysis It is one of the advanced methodologies in the study of discourse, which deals with language as a form of social practices and studies how text and speech contribute to the creation of social and political power. CDA is a movement of scholars who focus on social issues and not primarily on academic paradigms.
