Heavenly Father ,thankyou for this wonderful day that

you have given , I am sorry for all the sins that I made.
May you grant me each day the desire to do my best, to
grow mentally and morally as well as physically. To be
kind and helpful to my classmates and teachers. To be
honest with myself as well as others. We thankyou for
your unending love and protection. In Jesus name we

being and not just the absence of disease or infirmity.

COMMUNITY
is defined as group of people living in the same place
or having a particular characteristic in common. It
therefore includes the individual and the family.
 CHARACTERISTICS OF A HEALTHY COMMUNITY
1. A clean and safe physical environment
2. An environment that meets everyone’s basic needs

ENVIRONMENT
It is the place where a community immediately live and
respond to the changes that happen in their locality.
This is where the community live or is their habitat.

 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
comprises those aspects of human health that are
determined by physical, chemical, biological, social
and psychosocial factors in the surrounding
environment.
 HEALTHY COMMUNITY
It is the term used to describe the state of health and
how easy or difficult it is to be healthy where people
live, learn, work and play.

A healthy community is one in which local groups from

all parts of the community work together to prevent
disease and make healthy living options accessible.
