OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

 To Study the Training and Development programme at

Iffco .

 To Explore the problem related to the human resource

training and development at the organization.


 To give recommendations as a solution to the problem of

human resource of training and development.


COMPANY PROFILE OF IFFCO
 INDIAN FARMERS FERTILISER CORPERATIVE LIMITED was
established on 3rd November 1967 as a multi unit
corporative organization with broad objectives of
augmenting fertilizer production , distribution system
ensuring fertilizer availability at farmers door step
strengething cooperative and education ,training and
guiding the farmers for improving agricultural
productivity .
 IFFCO First legislation for cooperative in India i.e.
Cooperative Societies Act, 1904, was enacted to cater to
the requirement of credit societies. the production of
IFFCO in PHULPUR npk urea all five fertilizer unit of IFFCO.

OUR MISSION AND VISION:

VISION –
 . To augment the incremental incomes of farmers by helping
them to increase their crop productivity through balance use of
energy efficient fertilizers; maintain the environmental health;
and to make cooperative societies economically and
democratically strong for professionalized service to the
farming community to ensure an empowered rural India
MISSION –
 1. To provide to farmers high quality fertilizers in right time
and in adequate quantities with an objective to increase crop
productivity
 2. To make plant energy efficient continually review various
schemes to conserve energy

 Research Design - Descriptive research design

 Data collection sources - A combination of primary data through

Google form , newspaper, books ,magazines etc.

 Sampling Methodology - Convenience sampling

 Sample size - 35, Population Size -6 50

 Sample Frame – employees are working for the organization.

 Statistical tool – PIE chart .

 Research tools and technique: Non random sampling Technique.


Scope of the study

 The scope of this research is limited to identifying the


opportunities through social media platform for iffco.
 This study was conducted with an examination of how
company is expanding its horizon in iffco .
Limitations of the study

 Proper collection of data becomes a problem due to time


constraints.
 There is a potential for bias in the information provided by
respondents.
 The study was based on a sample, so the results were not
absolute.
 It is difficult to get response from people quickly .
 Limited people to approach.

INTERPETATION: WHILE Analyzing the data obtain by feeling the


questionnaire from the employees it will found that 74% employees say that
training always help in but 26% of them not agreed they say that it does
sometimes not always and it usually helps .

programmers give satisfaction to you 58.8 % of employees
say yes and 14.7% and. In the survey it will found that
26.5.%may be on employees are satisfied with the job .

that it will always helps in 26% of employees are in

Suggestion
Although iffco has been successful in achieving the
objectives of its training programmes still i would like to
suggest certain points e in training methods to make a small
contribution from my side toward the further success of the
organization.
1 to make training programmer more effective the
organization should focus on making the transition.
2 the organization should also focus on topics like developing
,negotiation skills problems
3the organization should provide some crash programmers
like creative thinking ,memory thinking .etc

conclusion
The organizational study of the Iffco
phulpur plant and also the analyses of iffco
in general demonstrate that a organizational
structure is not always inefficient fact if
properly applied it has many positive
aspects especially in large and complex
organization this will enable IFFCO to
emerge as a global leader in products and
marketing of chemical fertilizers located in
a single country. .
