Role and Responsibility:
Overseeing the day-to-day activity of our learning facilitators. Having an occasional word
with you users to gauge their satisfaction levels.
Ensuring proper on-boarding of every learner on the platform is seen through.
Managing all communication supposed to reach our learners is disbursed on time, as per
marketing or related team's instructions.
Answering general queries on calls and emails on an ad hoc basis.
