Why is our product superior?
What makes our product superior is that we use other materials to build our product. We
use steel-titanium alloy. This is because steel has a high torque resistance, as well as
titanium because it can withstand a lot of general stresses such as hits of a hammer.
Consumers will prefer our product because it presents a safer advantage to the stock lug
nut, at a reasonable price.

Land -

In our product we use titanium and steel alloy for our lugnut. When the Lug Nut is made,
we outsource our materials from other companies, who get the materials from mines and
other places.
Labor -

Our lugnuts are made in a factory line with human workers as well as machines. We have
a separate melting facility with industrial melting pots and then we put the steel and
titanium in the same pot to make our alloy.it will be 2 parts titanium and 1 part steel. Then
we put them in or molds to make them the shape we want. After they are molded, we put
them in the cooling room, which consists of a constant mist that will cool off metal faster
without warping the bolt.
Capital -
Our lug nuts will be made with a large assortment of things. We will be using industrial
sized furnaces, industrial assembly lines, heat resistant mechanical arms, heatboxes, and
more. To start, the metal will com in and be measured. Then the metal will be put in a big
pot, all in the right parts, and put into the furnace for 45 minutes. Then, after its done
melting, it will be poured into the molds and moved to the cooling rooms to be cooled.
After its cooled and heat treated, it will be shipped to our packing facility to be packed
then sold.
Entrepreneurship
Some risks that are presented while making this product are definitely the melting facility.
Due to such immense amounts of heat, the danger of getting burned are very high. And if
anything goes wrong inside the furnaces, we have to wait a very long time for them to
cool off, in turn slowing the process of product sold.
Why we decided lug nuts.
Funny story, I literally sat, and the first thing that popped into my head, I thought how I
could make it work.
Whom to produce.
This one is a little tricky, because people of all ages drive. (16+) But i think the largest age
group would be middle aged people.
Production method

We use manufacturing to produce this product. It is the most ethical way to produce a
product, since that we will be producing this product in mass quantities.
