Remember to let them know that they’re better than their
mistake, and u have confidence and trust on them .

 The feedback happens in small doses. because you catch the mistake early on.
 It’s not fair to people to save up negative feelings about their poor performance, and it’s not effective.
 The goal is not to tear people down, but to build them up.
 Manager must be tough and nice.
