• According to the Corporate Finance Institute
(2019), time management is essential to determine
an individual's skills by planning and controlling the
time on what they have spent with their activities.

• Robbins Research International, Inc. (2020)

stated that having a good sense of time
management will help an individual succeed and
help maintain the sense of fulfillment that comes
with achieving goals.

• In the study of Nasrullah and Khan (2015), the

researchers found out that successful students are
known to be good time managers.
• Students have previously connected poor time
management to low academic performance (Garamaleki
et al., 2013).

• Mendoza (2020) found that students who

efficiently manage their time typically
achieve higher grades, while those who do
not efficiently manage their time typically
have the reverse effect.

• In a study conducted by Alih & Alvarez

(2021), it concluded that the lack of time
management (along with the lack of
motivation), ranked the fourth highest in the
