• ABSTRACT

 This [Car Rental System] project is designed to help the car rental
organization to enable renting cars through an online system. It helps the
clients to scan for available cars view profile and book the cars for the time
period. It has an easy to understand interface which helps the client to
check for cars and rent them for the period determined. They could
likewise make payment on the online.
 The rental cars will be ordered into an economy, premium and so forth.
Based on a type of car required by the client, the client will have able to
make bookings. The utilization of internet technology has made it simple
for the clients to rent a car at anytime.
 This Car Rental System makes the booking easy. It spares time and work.
The apparatus will approach the client for data, for example, the date and
time of journey, kind of car and so forth. Likewise, it will require a
recognizable identification number. Utilizing these details, the tool will
help the client with booking a car for the journey.
• Comparison of New System with Existing System

 Before buying a car, it is best to compare its feature and characteristic with other
cars. Car comparison system project focuses on providing information to buyers
about the similarities and dissimilarities between two cars. User needs to select
two cars and the system will generate a brief report indicating the benefits and
defects. Thus, it helps user to analyze the cars effectively and user can make best
decision before buying.
 The system provides an admin login that has sole control over it. He can post
different cars and can put up notifications. The user logs into the system and can
search for his car. The system then shows various car options for comparison with
respect to the desired one. Hence, user can check out varieties of features and can
compare it. The system has an additional advantage of providing and suggesting
the best accessories available for the respective car.
• Technology and HW, SW Requirement
Specification
 Technology : While requirements will vary from course to course, the majority
of courses will require the items listed below.
 Computer : Reliable access to a laptop computer with adequate memory and
processing capabilities is a must. Standard computer capabilities include the
ability to access coursework, download large files, utilize media applications,
and synchronous meeting applications.
 Internet Access: Reliable access to high-speed internet access is required.
 Software : PDF viewer, anti-virus protection, a media player for both audio and
video, Zoom, Java, and the current Adobe Flash Player. Any course-specific
software will be listed in the course syllabus.
 Hardware Requirement Specification :
• Minimum rom required : 10 MB or more
• Minimum ram required : 1 GB or more
• Processor required : Intel Pentium+.

 Software Requirement Specification :

• Operating system : Windows XP, Windows7, Windowsvista, Windows10
• Specific Software Requirement : Net 4.5 Framework for (turbo C).

• LIMITATIONS :

• Advantage :
• If you’re planning a special romantic weekend away, renting an appropriate car such as a
convertible or a luxury vehicle can add to the mood and act as the icing on the cake.
• You might not be able to afford a new one but for a couple of days, you can feel as if you
could.
• Disadvantage:
• Whenever you rent a vehicle, it’s going to be costing you money that can’t be recovered.
• The daily rate you are quoted is just the base cost since you’ll need to add on insurance
and return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. This all comes out of your wallet.
