Business Failure
From Nokia
NOKIA COMPANY
HISTORY
Nokia company originated and developed in a
small village in Finland. Nokia was originally
just a paper company which later developed into
an electronics company in the 1960s. A year later
Nokia launched its first mobile product under the
name Mobira Senator. Nokia then became the
leader for all mobile phone companies in the
world.
Move too slowly to
innovate
The Symbian operating system is a paid operating system and
is closed for changes. This is what makes Nokia even more
dim because they are too late to make the symbian operating
system open source. They did it when Android was present
and well received by consumers. The movement is too slow to
make Nokia loyal customers slowly abandoned.
Forgetting
consumer needs.
Nokia's condition, which lacks experts in terms of software, doesn't
make them aware. They also don't focus on the compatibility of their
applications. Precisely what was done instead of designing a mobile
phone that can not play the games that are usually played. As a result
consumers do not want to choose them.
Forgetting
consumer needs.
This is tantamount to not paying attention to consumer needs, which
means it is like making a coffin yourself. Nokia smartphones that
have the Symbian platform are considered a failure and are not
accepted in the market because they do not attract the attention of
consumers who want to get a smartphone that is user friendly and
compatible with the various applications they need.
A culture of innovation
failed to develop
meaning that Nokia can't feel anything is missing. They are
always satisfied with what they have done. Not innovating means
not being able to save the company from dependence on
hardware business. They are satisfied with past successes and fail
to plan for the further developments needed to gain future
profits.
Not listening to input
Input or suggestions are needed by a company because companies cannot
assess their own performance effectively and subjectively. If you judge
yourself, usually only the positive things are assessed, while the negative
ones are left alone and not followed up again. Yet that is what must be fixed.
Companies must be open to suggestions and constructive criticism with the
aim of developing the company to be even better and to get a good position
in the future..
Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the
countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind
texts.

Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of

the Semantics, a large language ocean. A small river named
Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the
necessary regelialia.
CONCLUSI
ON
Nokia should be able to listen to suggestions from
consumers and prioritize consumer needs, have more
modern features and be easier for all people to use.
Nokia must also innovate to keep up with increasingly
advanced technological developments and understand
the sales market
NOKIA
SHOULD
DO ?
NOKIA must catch up in software, and Nokia
must have experts who make Nokia innovate in
today's era with other competitors
