Physical goal

- I will replace my usual snack with fruit after


every meal everyday for a month.
Social goal

- I will focus on where my relationships lack and


form healthy boundaries in order to strengthen
those bonds.
Intellectual goal

- I will read one self-development book every


month for three months.
Spiritual goal

- I will meditate for ten minutes everyday for an


entire week.
Emotional goal

- I will journal everyday for an entire month and


reflect on how effective it is for my mental
health.
Occupational goal

- I will finish school by 2023 and start applying


for jobs that pertain to my interest and skills.
How does your vision board reflect your
goals and inspire you?
- My vision board reminds me of the goals I hope to achieve and serves as a reminder that if I can
imagine it, it can be done. Developing a vision board can be a contemplative strategy that helps you
clarify what you truly want your life to look and feel like.
