Together, they tended to undermine the
authority of both monarchy and Church.

The ideas of Quezon can be apply in the following various real life situations.

1. Political Pragmatism can be apply in every important decisions that we will make
in everyday life. The importance of having back-up plan in order to be prepared in
every consequences of our actions and decisions when we want to achieve
something. The idea of being flexible, practical, and goal-oriented in life.

2. Social Darwinism can be apply in the social issues that we experiencing in our
country. For example the inflation rate. The upper and middle class are the ones who
can barely survive this issue since they can afford the price of goods. While the lower
class, can’t probably survive and the most affected ones. Solutions and laws that
were made and passed are the products of people’s struggles in the country.

3. In applying party less democracy in real life it can be about the peer influence. For
example, if you let your self be influence by bad friends, your perspective and
behavior can be affected. This can shape you as a person and maybe affect your
philosophy and ideology in life. Like political parties, it’s up to you if you will free
yourself in the evils of environment.

real life, discrimination is one of the
best examples. Discrimination often
occur in public places like schools,
malls, transportation, etc. People
