Data Sources for Power BI Sample Report

Before creating our visuals, we need to get some data through a three step Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) process. Let’s
follow along together. The website links we will be using are below:

 World Economic Outlook (Choose columns 2 through 6; Keep Range of Rows, First Row 2 & Number of rows 29; rename columns)
http://www.imf.org/en/Publications/WEO/Issues/2018/01/11/world-economic-outlook-update-january-2018
 House Prices Around the World (Rename columns)
http://www.imf.org/external/research/housing/data/HousePricesAroundtheWorld.csv
 House Price-to-Income Ratio (Rename columns)
http://www.imf.org/external/research/housing/data/pricetoincome.csv

Add some Images to Help tell your story, or to add a company logo. For this example a free building block stock photo
is used from freeimages.com: https://www.freeimages.com/photo/building-block-houses-1190126
