When do we use comparatives and
superlatives?
We use comparatives and superlatives to compare different things.

I think action films are more dramatic than

cartoons, but they aren’t as exciting as thrillers.

The horror film was too long and it wasn’t scary enough.

That was the most interesting film I’ve ever seen!
