05 CONCLUSI
ON
CONCLUSION
We conducted a survey among the faculty of the
organization. By studying Hofstede’s culture dimension, we
came to know the culture of the drugs rehabilitation  center.
We use the facility of the organization to solve the
questionnaire and came to know that drugs rehabilitation
center is a mixture of high and low culture. Somewhere it is
power maximum uncomfortable with uncertainty, indulgent
and somewhere it lies in low culture as it is collectivist or
short term oriented.
