THE TARGET CUSTOMER ;

 Customer target : age between 18 – 60,gender not specified

 The customer are the citizens of cities who want to travel long distances with low charges and don’t want to
use public transport.

THE PROBLEM THAT OUR COMPANY IS GOING TO TRY TO SOLVE :


STATEMENT : The problem is that the charges for public transportation is high and the maintainence and
convenience low.
So we want to make an app where we can be able to connect so many people who are having private vehicles
and people who are not having their own vehicles.
This problem is so effective in saving the natural resources like petrol and diesel by
Sharing same vehicle for two to three people. , ehich also helps in reduce of pollution.
THE MARKET OPPORTUNITY
 Students,workers ,travellers are the main targets of our company.
 in India with over 60 percent of the population who used personal or shared vehicles for
commute which leads in pollution and depletion of natural resources
 The people who are habituated in cities are quite luxurious and will not be feelin comfortable
in public transport so they will choose to travel in their private vehicles but if we connect two
or three people who are having same destination so that they can share the prices for
travelling.

 Facing problems with drivers timings and appling extra charges after dropping.
 Rash driving by drivers.
 Technical issues of google maps and security problem.
 Rash driving
 Technological challenges (maps and google maps)
 Cost charges and tax chargers.
