SCHOLARS FROM OVER 50 COUNTRIES AND WILL LAST FOR 10
DAYS. SO THE ROOM SALES FOR CONFERENCE CUSTOMERS WILL BE
MUCH MORE THAN PREVIOUS ROUNDS. CONFERENCE CUSTOMERS
ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER TWO GROUPS OF CUSTOMERS,
BECAUSE THEY WOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE
CONFERENCE RELATED FACILITY RATHER THAN THE ROOMS. AS
THE CONFERENCE AREA IS RELATIVELY A SMALLER PART OF A
HOTEL’S OPERATION, CONFERENCE CUSTOMER’S EXPECTED
SERVICE LEVEL WOULD BE LOWER THAN THE OTHER GROUPS.
