• All channel activities get service team reward points
• Channel service team can later use the reward points to claim
goods at the end of March
• Overall activates will be divided in 2 tasks-
• Arranging 1on1 Consulting with Alibaba team for first-year due
renewal GGS(Will share target list)
• Call first-year due renewal GGS to diagnosis training(Will share
target list)
• Activity designed to reward channels on task accomplishment
• Overall activity burn to be within 5000 RMB for Q4(Achievement
once budget is exhausted will not be counted)
