Mass shooting in US
• The second amendment rights in the US, has always being centre
of gravity.
• US is well known for mass Shooting Which always leads towards an
intensified debate On “individual right to bear arms” and “gun
shooting”
• As mass shooting rate is so high, but unfortunately Country have
failed to make legislation to control such act.
• In US, there is conflict between two major parties (Republicans
who are conservative and Democrats. However, Republicans are in
favour of second amendment, while Democrats are against them.
• Moreover, many Gun legislation are made in US but most of them
have never being ratified or are being opposed which And called as
unconsitutional.
• History witness this in 1994, an Assaults Weapons Ban law was
passed by Federal Government Which was sunsetted in 2004 and is
not renewed till today, Because of the opposition by Republicans And
NRA (National rifles association is a gun Right Advocacy Group based
in US.
