 Overview
• Bridge is pleased to submit this proposal for
services to install structured cabling and other ICT
infrastructure to support HG-TECH CORP NEVIS
in achieving its goals of overseeing the IT
Operations and Security Infrastructure of the
Organization.

 Solution

Recommendation #1: Based on walkthrough we have determined a

requirement for a total of 62 End Points combined for Data
transmission

Recommendation #2: The 62 End points will consist of 4 virtual

subnets so that the Access, Wireless, Printers and Management systems
are independent of each other.
Recommendation #3: We recommend use The Cable and Flow Internet Service
Providers with at least 50MB in bandwidth from each. We will provide a Load
Balancer to create a total throughput of 100MBs in bandwidth and provide fail over
services in case of internet outage.

Recommendation #4: We recommend the purchase of 45 desktop computers for

Offices and 2 laptops for meeting and conference rooms. We also recommend one
large main copier for general use and two small color printers for President and
Secretary General offices. Computers Equipment and Electronics are listed in
separate estimate attached.
Recommendation #5: We have proposed Ubuquiti Unifi Based
Enterprise Network consisting of 4 access points and one Wireless
Controller.

Recommendation #6: 2 Smart TVs to display advertisement at the

front desk, Projector and 2 Web Conferencing Cameras are
proposed based on walkthrough and drawings.
Recommendation #7: A Total of 47 Computers and 1 Server will be
recommend for the network and Antivirus, Microsoft Office 365 and
Cloud backup software will be installed on all. Estimates attached.

Recommendation #8: A Dell Server with 47 Clients in the domain is

proposed. Cost Estimates attached.

Recommendation #9: A PBX phone system with 5 phones is proposed

based on walkthrough and drawings.
