 ABOUT THE DEPARTEMENT

The Department of Commerce was established in the year 2010 with three
teachers and about 120 students. Over a period of 10 years, the department
has grown from strength to strength and now has 6 full-time faculty with
more than 700 students enrolled in different courses. The department has
redefined commerce education in the city. Within the college, it is one of the
biggest departments and has several fests, seminars, quizzes, competitions,
industrial visits, and guest lectures by eminent personalities.
Spread over an academic year, college life happens to be one of the
memorable phases in an adult's life, whether it is about professors, friends
or personal growth. From day one we start mentoring the students with a
phenomenal step by step learning process. And, why not? It is a period
which defines your whole life. You enter college as a confused teenager and
it has a duty to serve the very purpose of modulating you into a better
person brimming with confidence and positivity. We welcome you onboard
