Challenges and opportunities
The biggest challenge for us is to attract new entrants. That is one of the
reasons for organising RINA-Korab Award and to offer „Junior membership” to
students.

Opportunities include members’ employment in diverse companies locally and

internationally, thanks to which various experience can be shared.

The International Conference on Postgraduate Research in Maritime

Technology provided a unique opportunity for younger postgraduates to
present and discuss their work, both complete and in progress, and to meet
with other ypung maritime professionals from universities and industry world-
wide in an international conference environment
