El principal objetivo de la robotización  en una empresa es agilizar

aquellas actividades que son repetitivas o muy complejas y que
requieren de mucho esfuerzo. 
Algunos robots solo realizan tareas sencillas, como sucede en el caso
de los brazos mecanizados. En cambio, hay otros robots que utilizan
sistemas de inteligencia artificial que les permiten realizar tareas muy
complejas e, incluso, los dotan con la capacidad de aprender a hacerlas
cada vez mejor.
 EJEMPLOS

• En el ámbito laboral ayudan a controlar el trabajo. Como ahorrar tiempo

en procesamiento de datos. Este hecho es muy beneficioso porque los
trabajadores podrán dedicar su tiempo en otras labores.
• Con esos datos podrán identificar los clientes más rentables para hacer
negocios, elaborar planificaciones estrategias, etc.
• Hay ciertas características que no pueden desarrollar como los humanos.
Por ejemplo, la curiosidad, creatividad, etc. En este sentido, el factor
humano se puede potenciar en tareas que no son técnicas.
• Uno de los ejemplos más claros es el uso de chatbots para atender las
consultas de los clientes.
