Reflective Report

Introduction

 Self-reflection assignment sections that use Gibbs' reflective cycle help process the

information gleaned from the exercise. For me, it was the evaluation of the value of

managers and the roles they play in driving organizational success. Since I needed to

choose a place to work, I decided on Walmart. To provide a comprehensive account of my

experience, I have used Gibb's six-stage reflective cycle to guide my introspection (Adeani

et al., 2020).
Description

I've been requested to comment on my evaluation of a new value proposition assignment

better to understand Walmart's commitment to innovation and long-term success.

Walmart's leadership was my introspective assignment. My lecturers' lecture notes on

essential ideas and their usage have benefited me. It taught me a lot about Walmart's

management.
Feelings

My investigative skills and confidence were unshaken. I was depressed since I had to start

with secondary sources before leading research. I was confident and planned to investigate

Walmart's resources and processes before starting my self-reflection project. After concluding

the investigation, I realized I could have learned more about Walmart, and its impact on

business had I spent more time on it.

Evaluation

I learned about Walmart's business practices and how they launch new projects. Despite

criticism, the grocery company has survived. I couldn't compare other business organizations

and didn't gather primary data due to the coronavirus, which were the trip's drawbacks. My

efforts made the analysis successful (Rode, 2021).

Analysis

My teachers helped me pass the assessment. The course notes and assistance let me start and

conclude my assessment without worrying about the subject's potentially demoralizing

sections.

This analysis suggests significant prior research before starting my task. I must be clear on

my aims and open to any way to examine Walmart's management duties and their importance.

To succeed, I assessed my strengths and weaknesses (Lee, 2020).

Conclusion

 The research has yielded a wealth of new understandings that might inform future

corporate strategies. Improving market status and conducting an external audit are both

difficult jobs. I've come to understand that taking responsibility for one's own learning may

be seen as an effective strategy for learning new material and can pave the way for a more

thorough, individualistic assessment of existing knowledge.

Action Plan

Taking a self-belief course, where I must acquire encouragement for myself, is the primary

way I can guarantee that I will behave differently next time. In addition, I require training in

looking for in-depth secondary data to get started on the study as soon as possible. I must work

on honing these abilities to finish such assignments in the future.

Conclusion

Studying the reflection and the experience I have gained may help me come to a generalization

about the self-reflection assignment, which might be considered as a way to improve my future

position. The introspective work I did for this assignment helped me realize that I was prepared to

have a positive impact on my new business career. To further my field, though, I need to have

additional management and leadership experience. However, I now have a better grasp of my

strengths, which I may utilize to counteract those weaknesses in the future, thanks to the insights

gained through this self-reflection exercise.
