    Hadith are traditions containing sayings and daily practices of the Prophet Muhammad that provide guidance for Muslims apart from the Quran. There are different types of hadith, including hadith qudsi which are sayings attributed to God but expressed in Muhammad's words, hadith faili which describe Muhammad's actions, and hadith qoli which are Muhammad's own words. Hadith are also categorized as either daif (weak) or sahih (sound) depending on their reliability.
