General Instructions
⮚ Parents are expected to adhere strictly to the school timings during drop and pickup
of their ward. Carry Parent pass while pick up and drop to school.
⮚ Please inform the School Office in writing if there is any change in your
Address/Contact Numbers/Office Address etc. at the earliest.
⮚ Parents must watch and guide their child’s studies at home. They need constant
attention and encouragement to enable them to improve their performance.
⮚ Parents are requested to send nutritious food items (Avoid junk food) in a neat and
handy Tiffin Box. Parents must label the belongings like water bottles, tiffin boxes,
umbrellas etc. with the Child’s name, Class and Roll number especially in lower
grades.
⮚ Parents must attend to the personal hygiene and cleanliness of their child/children.
⮚ Please ensure that they wear the proper uniform which is clean and neatly
maintained and carry all the necessary things to the school.
⮚ Students should carry the books as per the timetable.
⮚ Locker facility will be available from the month of June.

⮚ During winters if required students need to wear their Rainbow Hoodie
and no other casual sweatshirts/hoodies will be allowed.
⮚ Students shall be modest in their appearance. Nails should be properly
trimmed. Wearing of Ornaments, Nail Polish, Mehndi, Wrist Bands, Fancy
items, Expensive Watches, etc. are discouraged.
⮚ Boys shall have a decent hair-cut. Military Cut, Crew Cut, etc. are not
permitted.
⮚ Girls with hair longer than shoulder length are to tie it up in a ponytail or
plait it. Fancy Hair Clips/Bands are not allowed.
⮚ More than two days leave needs to be approved by the Principal.
⮚ First, third and fifth SATURDAY will be full working days.
⮚ Second and fourth SATURDAY will be holiday.

STUDY TIPS AND GUIDELINES
 The unit which carries more marks should be given more time to practice.

 Make bullet point notes, flow chart, for all the important topics.

 Do not only mug up definitions and answers but also understand what they mean so that
student can handle application based questions.

 Practice well on Output Based Questions. (E.g. Data Entry, MS Office- Excel, Access,
MS-Word, MS-Power point ), students tend to make a lot of mistakes in this area.

 Thorough reading of the NCERT Textbook and then solving the Questions given in the
textbook, CBSE sample papers which are available on the CBSE website.
