INTRODUCTION
'Communication' comes from the Latin word, 'Communicare'
which means to impart or participate or to transmit.
So, communication can be summed up a s follows :-
the activity or process of sharing or exchanging ideas,
feelings, information, experience between two or more
persons
an act or instance of transmitting
the information actually communicated by some means.

Employee communication is the sharing of
information, ideas, and feelings between employees
and managers of a company. It can happen verbally,
or electronically, on various mediums such as
email, mobile applications etc..
