Introduction
FPSC recruitment is done for all categories and fields including Stenographers,
Clerks, Teaching, Educators, Admin, and Medical, Engineering, IT, Management
and other fields. Major recruitment is done through general recruitment, CSS
exam to hire Civil and Government Servants in public sector organizations and
Federal Government departments.
Purpose.
1. The purpose of this study is to review the working of the FPSC.
2. What type of reforms and challenges are facing regarding recruitment and
selection?
3. Based upon the secondary data and published literature, what type of practices
can be refined?
Research Question /Research Problem
1. What is the review of existing practices of FPSC regarding recruitment and
selection?
2. To identify the possible reforms that could improve the recruitment and
selection practices of the FPSC.
Right people at the right place increase efficiency and effectiveness of the
organization.
This research will try to find out that the modern recruitment and selection
practices are being followed or not in public sector in true letter and spirit.
In this research, the researcher will cover and suggest modern aspects the
review of federal public service commission of Pakistan.
This study will help to improve the HR practices regarding recruitment and selection. It is
ensure a clear and fair hiring process that can assist the HR practices to select the right
candidate.
These changes will help to reduce the challenges of current recruitment and selection practices
that are facing now a day. This study will help to improve the HR practices regarding
recruitment and selection.
