 It is like watching a movie in our mind, but we are the director of that movie.
 The person have a complete control to direct their visualization.
ALTERED MEMORY VISUALISATION

 Focused on CHANGING PAST MEMORIES to have a more positive


outcome.
 This is especially useful for resolving memories that involved
anger or resentment.
 Replay the scene in your mind, only replace the angry responses
with more calm and controlled ones.
GUIDED VISUALISATION / MEDITATION
 A relaxation technique that involves visualizing positive, peaceful settings
like a beautiful beach or a peaceful meadow.
 Help to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation, ease various
symptoms related to stress
