Essential Instructions (Because Each of you is a Brand

Ambassador!)
1. Please use the creative illustrations shared in the manner outlined (Refer to the slides below)
2. Strictly avoid taking screenshots or cropping images to conveniently fit in a certain
window
3. Do not tamper with the logos. Do not scribble, trim or write over the logos
4. Please don't refer to project names or customer names in any message when using the
gratitude cards. Please be careful of the implications of non-compliance
5. Avoid tagging any customer name and customer page on social media
6. Before posting images featuring employees, please express the necessity to take consent
before posting
7. Please use the hashtags #GratitudeWeek #GratitudeAttitude #UnitedToExcel while posting
the gratitude cards online
8. Any photos should be taken at the designated areas only (as intimated by HR)
9. Do your part in being responsible on social media and comply with all the organization's
guidelines
