Name Default Button Behavior
Back or Previous Moves to previous slide.
Forward or Next Moves to next slide.
Beginning Moves to the first slide in the slide show.
End Moves to the last slide in the slide show.
Home Moves to the first slide in the slide show by default but can be set to
go to any slide.
Information Can be set to move to any slide in the slide show, a custom show, a
URL, another presentation, or another file to reveal information.
Return Return to previous slide view regardless of the location in the slide
show.

Name Default Button Behavior
Movie Can be set to play a movie file.
Document Can be set to load a document in the application that was used to create
it.
Sound Can be set to play a sound when clicked.
Help Can be set to open the Help feature or a Help document.
Blank Can be set to move to a slide in the slide show, a custom show, a U RL,
another PowerPoint presentation, a file, or a program; also can be set to
run a macro, add an action to an object, or play a sound.
