Dr. Rajendra Prasad became the

first president of Repubic of
India.
  Dr. Rajendra Prasad was born in the era when
British imperialism was completely surging. But
Rajendra Prasad tradition, always dhoti – kurta &
wore a hat on head.
 He is inspired from Mahatma Gandhi, When
Mahatma Gandhi arrived in Bihar to assist
peasent of Champaran, Prasad soon joined in
this, & becoming a lifelong disipline of Gandhi.
 Following Gandhi lead, Prasad joined the
Indian National Congress & participated in
Non- Cooperation campaigns of 1919.
 He helped Mahatma Gandhi and others
with his Study of Law.
 He retired from public life in
1962 because of his health and in
the same year honoured with Bharat
