Disorder Imposed on Self (FDIS).

CAUSES
1.CHILDHOOD TRAUMA
• Unresolved issue with parents.
• Extensive medical attention during childhood.
• Wanting to feel the same importance as in childhood.

2.PERSONALITY DISORDERS

• Border Line personality Disorder.
• Narcissistic personality Disorder
DIAGNOSIS
• Checking for
inconsistencies between
claims and actual medical
history.
• Running tests to check for
evidence of self - inflicted
wounds.
• Rule out
other possible motivation
for their behaviour.
