INTRODUCTION- TWO WHEELER PARKING

• LOCATION: City Centre Mall Basement, Nashik.

• The multi-basement structure at CCM has
parking capacity of 500 cars and 1500 two
wheelers. 
• Common entry gate was provided for both the
parking’s (two-wheeler and four-wheeler).
• There were two exit gates for four-wheeler
vehicles and one exit gate for two-wheeler
vehicle. L.G.F i.e., lower ground floor parking
was only for four-wheeler vehicles. 
• Parking has clear height of 2.5m without
ducting system. 
• Columns were of 750 x 600 m in size placed at FOUR WHEELER PARKING
7.5*7.5m C/C at two-wheeler parking area. 
• Provided column grid was of 7.5*5m. 
• Driveway for two-wheeler parking was of 3m and for
four-wheeler parking was of 6m with two-wheeler
vehicular grid of 1.5*2.5m and four-wheeler grid of
2.5*4m.
• As per security concern there were CCTV system
provided for whole of the mall (for total of 8 entry
exit) including parking area which had separate 70
numbers of CCTV surveillance camera. 
RAMPS

• G+1 to G +3 have straight ramps

and G+4 to G+7 have cross
ramps. 
• Entry and exit ramp width of two-
wheeler and four-wheeler ramps
were of 4m.
PARKING SERVICES
1.fire hydrant system (80 points)
2.sprinklers system (18 points)
3.18 fire exits
4.smoke detectors 
5.fire alarm systems.
• Whereas 3 fire exit staircase opens on
ground floor. 
• Main drainage line is at periphery of the
structure.
• 20 ft channel is provided at lower ground
floor to drain off the rain or percolated
water near the structure.
