 Problem Statement

■ When an accident occurs , if the driver is unconscious with severe

damages to him, that may cause death or severe casualties.

Solution
■ If we able to send a message to emergency services and his family
members, we can recover him immediately

 Objective
 To manufacture low cost accident alert system for
vehicles and bicycles.

 To reduce severe deaths and casualties due to

accidents.

 Small and less weight system with minimum space

requirement.

 Market survey
The advantages of my system over other systems in the market.

 It has a emergency button , though an accident occurs if the

situation of the driver and people in the vehicle is not so critical
without any wounds and casualties. Then can stop sending the
message to emergency services.

 Low price.

 Low energy consumption.

 Problems associated
 The relation between every module is somewhat complicated

 Gps module needs to be positioned in place that have good signal

capability, otherwise it won’t connect satelites, it takes much more
time to connect.

 Gsm module doesn’t support for 3G sims , so I have to find an 2G

sim.

 Developments to be done
 Connect gsm module with Arduino
 Identify the relationship between every module and make the
code for get the overall relationship
 Set whole system on a prototype vehicle and show the process.
